Welcome to Week Six! It’s the last week before eclipse season! The Winter Olympics are underway! Are you watching?

I’m making sports metaphors this week in the general forecast, and they’re half-baked, and the Yearly Forecasts are from last year (though your current year will be new for you!), so I decided to make this one free for everyone! If you like what you read, please consider subscribing, and I hope you’re enjoying my “sports gay” era! We’ll see how long it lasts…

This year, every single week of 2026 will be influenced by the energy of our collective yearly numbers: ten and one (2+0+2+6 = 10, 1+0 = 1).

Meaning for this week…

Week #6: February 9-15, 2026

The sixth week of a ten/one year (6+10 = 16, 6+1 = 7) wants you to consider what privacy means, and the role it plays in your self, life, and society.

Seven is a number of mystery, of fog, of both clouds and rabbit holes, and despite being a number of practicality and pragmatism, it thrives in the in-between. What does it mean to energetically hang in the shadows? How does secrecy protect, but also enable? How does working behind the scenes ensure the efficacy of what you’re working on, but can also hold you back from playing bold and brash? And what if we took things to a mass scale? What does it mean to be a private person in an era of surveillance and data mining and collection? What happens when things come to light, as things are wont to do?

A WEEK SIX TO-DO:

Just like you observed your energy last week, notice your tech habits this week. How often do you read the Terms of Service for the apps and websites you make accounts on? How many old or unused accounts do you have floating around out there? Do you use a VPN, or even know what that is? How trusting are you of the online services you use, who you let save your passwords, credit card numbers, addresses, etc? This isn’t meant to fearmonger, or get you to switch from Gmail to Proton Mail (although that’s what I’ve been gradually doing), but just to flick warm water in your face and gently whisper that you’re not ever as private or protected as you think you are online.

The sixth week of a ten/one year needs you to remember that the players absolutely matter, but when the game clock is running, it’s best to keep your eye on the puck.

If you read 1/23: The Friday Five, then you know my Heated Rivalry brainrot has also resulted in me attending, watching, and enjoying actual hockey. Wild. Obviously, the players and relationships are a total draw - I’m obsessed with the bffs/baby sharks in San Jose, and all of the queer women in the PWHL are giving me life with their cute pairings and real life rivalry romances - but now that I’m actually watching the games, and trying to figure out what the hell is happening, I’m finding that to follow the flow of play, I have to de-center the players and focus on the puck. This also allows me to truly witness the skill of the team - how they gain and keep control, how they pass, how they shoot, how they steal, how they score. Something, something, metaphor for non-hierarchical revolution….

A WEEK SIX TO-DON’T:

This week, no matter who does what, says what, snags your attention, hypers your fixations, etc., do not take your eye off what’s at stake and what truly matters. Ego and celebrity can be distraction. Pride and discourse can be wastes of time and energy. We need to see the trees and the forest in equal measure to ensure a well-rounded perspective. And whatever you do, STAY OUT OF THE COMMENTS SECTIONS THIS WEEK. Schedule your peace.

if you’re enjoying these weeklies, please share them with one (or ten) friends! thank you!

February 9-15 for Your Yearly Cycle

These are from Week 7 of 2025, but I liked ‘em and think they’re worth re-visiting for your current cycle. I also think it’s neat to read the one from last year and see if anything’s shifted for you since you first read it last year. Witness your cycles!

To find your yearly cycle number, add the digits of your month and day of birth to 2026, and reduce until you reach a single digit. For example, the calculation for my birthday of July 7 looks like: 7+7+2+0+2+6 = 24, 2+4 = 6.

Please note that I reduce doubled digit numbers like 11 and 22 to their root numbers when working with yearly cycles, so please calculate and read accordingly.

Read for your Yearly Cycle, but also check out your prominent chart placements, like Life Path and Public Persona, as well for the collective 1-year.

1

This week calls for more alone time. You may genuinely love being around other people, and showing up for whatever comes your way, but you also deserve to disappear sometimes. To be pickier and choosier about the ways in which you share your space and energy. Not forever, but definitely until your batteries are recharged. Chances are, the sooner you go offline, the quicker those insights and inspirations you’re always searching for will find you. Lose yourself to the sweet, solo mysteries, and remember that any space is sacred if its meaningful to you.

2

This week wants you to consider the growth opportunities available to you within the mirrors of your closest relationships. It’s tempting to latch on to our beloveds, close our eyes tight, and hope being in a bubble will be enough to sustain our connection. But life is full of ups and downs, and while conflict might feel icky, it’s an absolute must-have experience when it comes to building trusting and comfortable bonds. Crisis and plot twists will reveal who’s in it for the long haul with you, so shore things up your sweethearts in the here and now.

3

This week needs you to come out of your shell a bit. It’s time to share what you’ve been working on with others; to open your own proverbial gates and invite your nearest and dearest to dine of the fruits of your labors. You’ve been keeping things to yourself to protect your progress, but now the injection of outside enthusiasm will be nourishing to your creations. Even if you don’t think you’re ready, the benefits of allowing folks around you to join you in your magic and manifestations will be both seen and unseen. Trust the power of your own voice.

4

This week requests that you handle your shit with transparency and precision, even when it feels cutting. There is absolutely a fine line between criticism and judgment, but in the long run, it’s not fair to anyone to forsake honesty for status quo. These aversions to being perceived as mean, rude, or otherwise upsetting are often rooted in fears around rejection. And how understandable is that? It’s not always safe to rock the boat, especially not with something as trivial as one’s opinion. Still, try and back yourself by reflecting on the idea of clarity as kindness.

5

This week asks you to both break a leg and run away with the circus. Performing for others gets exhausting after a while, no matter how much satisfaction you receive from their applause. You’re not in a position to call out of the show, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find pockets of time to reclaim as your own. Sneak a few deep breaths in the wings, tuck talismans into your quick change costume, and then at the end of the proverbial night, indulge in the transformation from public to private self. Skip away with pride, and always leave ‘em wanting more.

6

This week wants to prove to you that spending time tending to your own garden is vital to your relationship with yourself, your art, and ultimately your belief in what’s possible. It’s not a flight of fancy, but rather a grounded way to keep your inner and outer lives full of flavors, spices, projects and passions. Think about all of the things growing in your life that you never could’ve imagined or intended for, but are deeply rooted in the rich soil of your soul all the same. Keep feeding your inklings and peculiarities, and stay open to weaving yourself into your work.

7

This week might feel confusing. The good news? You don’t have to make any decisions right this second. You can pause, take a breath, do something to take your mind off things, or simply hang out until things appear clearer. The better news? Next week looks promising for the certainty you seek. It might also have you leaving behind what’s familiar, and venturing down a new path. Let the fog of the next seven days grant you the gift of time with what is present right here, right now. You might miss it when you’re elsewhere, even if the future is brighter.

8

This week promises all bets are off. What would you do if there were no rules? And what would you do to get what you want if you knew everything you’ve been told about game plans and strategies was to benefit someone or something else? Authenticity is the goal, but for now, you’re still flexing your most intimate muscles in secret. That’s okay! We build ourselves through mundane, everyday decisions as much as the ones that change or greatly alter our lives. Give yourself permission to throw caution to the wind. New worlds need new ways of working.

9

This week wants you to make moves. On the surface, it may look like you’re just playing around, but there’s a method to your madness. You’ve put forth a great effort to get where you are, to have what you have, and to make it appear like you’ve done it all without breaking a sweat. But don’t let an undercurrent of over-protectiveness or fear of risk keep you small and unsupported. Take some pride in yourself and don’t underestimate your own genius and capabilities. You’ll be shocked at how quickly things go from zero to one-hundred, but you’ve got this.

Until next time, just keep swimming!

xx, bee
