Welcome to Day 10 of The Cycle, a 10-day email adventure.

Today is the last day I’ll be popping into your inbox to talk to you about the building block numbers of 1-9, as well as our collective yearly cycle number, 10.

Thank you for your readership, as well as your presence and efforts. It has been a pleasure, and an honor, to write this series, and I hope it’s served you well.

Without further ado:

Today is June 30, 2026, which is a numerological 19/10/1 day.

Taking time out of our day to touch in with 10/1 energy will then allow us to go out and approach the day with new knowledge and awareness. Perhaps we’ll see opportunities and tensions we would not have before attributed to being in a 10/1 day. It's this awareness that can help us begin to observe new patterns, as well as make intentional changes.

This takes a combination of awareness and action. We have to have both clarity and courage to get what we want, but also what we need. To have the experiences we need to have in order to be living, breathing, blinking, loving, human beings on this planet, who are unafraid, in 2026, to still claim some kind of life.

It’s with our eyes wide open and our embodiment of nature that we meet the number ten.

THANK YOU FOR READING COMMON DENOMINATORS

I want to grow this space, so if you’re liking what you’re reading, please consider sharing it with a friend or five! I’m also tending to this goal through 1-on-1 numerology readings, new shop offerings, and other upcoming goodies.

I’m also going to be sending updates of my own process to my paid pals, as well as starting a thread in The Commons for those who wish to share. So, if you do want to engage in the present-tense, you’re welcomed to upgrade your subscription here to read and join!

TEN (10)

We begin again.

Here, at the start of something else, take a deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Plant your feet on the floor, for it's this connection between physical bodies that allows for the good stuff to start.

The bad stuff too.

It's all part of the Whole.

Ground into exactly who you are right here, right now.

The number ten, which is also just the number one with a backpack on, begets the beginning of a brand new cycle. It presents us with a unique opportunity to take stock of all that happened, and all we learned, in the last go around.

For the last ten days, we have moved through experiences of being, feeling, expressing, editing, enjoying, recouping, probing, executing, and polishing.

No matter what happened, or where we all are, nothing is lost in the number ten. Inside of the backpack is the Whole of what we have grown through and witnessed; every single bit of workable material from the previous cycle. None of our efforts, our time, our energy—nothing is wasted or lost.

The most beautiful invitation of the number ten is getting to return to a state of being from an inherently different place, and to move through the next cycle as an updated, leveled-up version of ourselves.

Here, at the starting line of a new race, we have to acknowledge, right here, right now, that who we are today is not the same person we were ten days ago. We know more, and we have experienced more, across the full spectrum of desired to opposed.

In this moment, can you simplify things enough to reconnect with that state of presence, of being, of availability we practiced ten days ago in the number one?

PROMPT: When you think about being available, what happens in your body? What passes through you? Has your answer changed from what you wrote down ten days ago? If so, how?

That backpack might also feel a lot like baggage.

Not all endings are nice or simple. Sometimes, we are met with incredibly shocking, brutal, horrible endings, and our sense of being in the number ten is taking a moment to simply say, Hey, I'm still here. I have survived.

Thankfully, the number ten is a spinning of the wheel. It says, Nothing is promised, so why not go for broke? It injects us with another round of hope, and beginners luck, even though we’re not necessarily a beginner.

Ten reminds us we are constantly moving through all of these experiences: being, feeling, expressing, editing, enjoying, recouping, probing, executing, and polishing.

That’s the whole shebang of this life experience. That’s the cycle, over and over and over...

We are here to experience the Whole—the good, the bad, the ugly, and the otherwise—again and again, for better or worse, until the day we shuffle off this mortal coil.

PRACTICAL MAGIC: The numbers 10 and 1 both engage with the words begin and being, which are spelled using the same letters, and therefore have the same numerological value. Any guesses as to what that value could be? Using the Pythagorean alphabet, where b = 2, e = 5, g = 7, i = 9, and n = 5, begin/being turns into 2+5+7+9+5 = 28, 2+8 = 10, 1+0 = 1. That’s magic for ya.

As we continue experiencing the cycle, things do get easier. Or maybe we simply get better at navigating life’s surprises and holding ourselves through. We also get more practiced at recognizing different experiences for what they are, and saying, Okay, I'm in X day, and that's X experience. Even if this is not a good feeling, and I wish it were over right now, at least I can attribute it to something.

Remember, one is positive energy. It's creativity turned inward. It is the experience of being the creator as much as the one who is created. It is sitting in a space of integration of all senses of self, and all versions of identity. All fractals of reality.

One is the experience of being.

Ten says, again.

Welcome back.

Today is for being, and beginning, again.

Thank you again for reading The Cycle!

This information has all been evergreen, so you can go back to these numbers, days, prompts, and practices, again and again, as many times as you’d like. I’m also going to be turning this series into a digital zine, which will be free to download.

common denominators runs on word of mouth, so if you have enjoyed The Cycle, please share it with a friend or five. Engagement and shares are also appreciated on Instagram, @beescolnick, though I understand it’s not a platform for everyone.
