MAY 2026: TURNING THE PAGE
May is the fifth month of the year, so in a 10/1 year, we’re looking at a 15/6 overall month.
In Call Your Coven’s latest episode, “May 2026: Turning the Page,” I share about May’s ruling numbers 5 and 6, and how some changes are instantaneous, and some take time, effort, attention and repetition.
May 2026 is where tension meets trust. Carry forth, but go gently.
Recently, in both my personal and professional lives, I’ve been drawn to the idea of Suffering as an Art form. This, of course, is explored through the lens of suffering as something that is an unavoidable part of life.
In a recent edition of his weekly newsletter Free Will Astrology, Rob Breszny wrote, “There is art in discerning what pain is necessary and what is truly optional. Necessary pain is the grief of loss and the ache of compassion. Optional pain is the torturous stories we tell ourselves about how things should be different.”
His words of wisdom? Change the conditions that create unnecessary suffering.

PRACTICAL ADVICE
Do not rely on the quick fix, but if you do, be prepared to face whatever comes your way. No fearmongering, just physics! Embrace every invitation to authentically untie knots in your life. No bypassing or skipping! The only way out is through, but you’ve survived everything so far. Do not forget that you are surrounded by options and support. No isolating or catastrophizing!
