JULY 2026: CLARITY IS FORTIFYING
July is the seventh month of the year, so in a 10/1 year, we’re looking at a 17/8 overall month.
In Call Your Coven’s latest episode, “July 2026: Clarity is Fortifying,” I share about July’s ruling numbers 7 and 8, and how we are being invited to practice what we preach, put our money where our mouth is, and dig in to rise up.
We’re not totally sure of our footing yet. July brings 7 energy every year, so we don’t always trust that we’re doing the right thing, whether that’s working, resting, staying in, going out, blah blah blah. We’re seeking, but the rhythm feels heavy and clunky.
This year, July 2026, is presenting us with immediate feedback in the form of The Cosmic Drama.
In his frighteningly modern 1972 lecture on the subject, philosopher Alan Watts explores the Hindu dramatic view of the universe (in which God plays all of the parts – all the while pretending not to know who he/she/it is!) by asking:
Suppose you have all time, all eternity, and all power at your disposal. What would you do?
He posits we would ultimately get bored, and no matter how great our need for control over the world, we would desire to push a button labeled “Surprise!” But perhaps you’d like to ask yourself this question in July, and spend the whole month coming up with possible answers.
This month, make your moves, and know you will be provided with swift results. Allow this information to help you continue plotting your path, and don’t forget that you are God.

PRACTICAL ADVICE
This month is bringing us into a deep relationship with our senses of embodiment and empowerment and engagement and effort. Lots of E words! E is the first of the letters that vibes with 5, which is linked to the number 8 on the emotional plane, so we can look back to April and May to see how we reacted and responded when confronted with conflict and change, and put that awareness to work in July.

Today is a beautiful day to sit with your beloveds, both spiritual and earthly, and take a deep breath in through the nose, out through the mouth, and simply sit with all that’s changed in the last year. Perhaps the results are overwhelming, for better or worse, or maybe you feel stuck in the same old cycles. Tend to whatever shows up, but don’t forget to say thank you to anyone and everything that’s allowed you to breathe and blink on this hot, July day. It’s a gift to be able to try again tomorrow.

Shake it up, baby! Let that old shit go if it’s not serving!
