February is the second month of the year, so in a 10/1 year, we’re looking at a 12/3 overall month.
In Call Your Coven’s latest episode, “February 2026: Schedule Your Peace,” I share a phrase that came through when thinking about this numeric combination within our current context:
Loosen the fuck up!
This doesn’t mean let go, or get over it, or be chill about whatever you’re stressed about. It means we need to not hold so tightly to whatever is in our clammy, little hands. The metaphor that comes to mind is kind of a wild one, but consider how drunk drivers are often less injured in wrecks because their bodies don’t brace for impact.
Three is messy. It’s the fiery eruption of the volcano, the bloody surge of childbirth. We are living in volatile times.

A full moon on the first? What big, bright, open energy. Perhaps you’d like to take advantage! Two has such tender energy, and so does four (the root sum of today’s date), but in a more thick-skinned, guarded kind of a way. Today, consider how your defense mechanisms, emotional walls, and energetic armor has kept you safe and alive, and thank yourself for the loving protection. Then, reflect on whether or not those moats are keeping predators out, or just keeping you roped in. It’s okay to be scared to put down what’s no longer serving you, especially if it worked brilliantly before. But you’re ready. You’re ready.

Time has the same numeric vibration as today’s 20/2 energy, which feels right for ushering in a new cycle of eclipses and the Lunar New Year! If two rules the both falling in love and getting your heart broken, then perhaps a good way of meeting this moment is to remember the old equation: pain + time = comedy. It’s okay if you never get to a place where you can find humor in what hurts, but perhaps there is a way to use wit and wordplay to shift your perspective on your past. Usher in a new cycle with some surprise and a whole lot of freedom.

No shade of love is greater than another, and they’re all our divine birthrights to feel and experience. What types of love are you familiar or comfortable with?
